We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team has a combined total orthodontic experience of over 130 years. We are committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I have been a part of Dr. Dabley’s team since 2010. As one of his clinical assistants, I help collect new patient records, assist with the placement of braces, and—best of all—help take braces off! It’s wonderful to see our patients’ new smiles for the first time, and to know I played a part in the process.
I am originally from Argentina and have been in the U.S. since 2000. I love traveling with my husband and two children. I am very involved with my church in the children’s ministry, as well as with the dance ministry.
I joined Dr. Dabney’s team in 2001, and before working in orthodontics, I worked with a pediatrician, so I’m great with kids! I like making all patients, especially our younger ones and those with special needs, have a pleasant orthodontic experience. I love it when I see them become more comfortable with us! We have such a wonderful team here; we complement one another with different strengths, which makes us the best team possible!
I have been married for over 32 years and I have two beautiful daughters and a dachshund named Lily. I enjoy doing crafts, shopping, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. I also love VCU basketball and VT football!
I greet all new and prospective patients prior to starting treatment. My role is to gather the necessary information and present the treatment plan and financial options to prospective patients. I became a part of Dr. Dabney’s team in 2001, and before that I worked in radio broadcasting and bank management. I love the opportunity to meet new people and to make them feel comfortable in our office. I have the privilege of getting to know the most interesting and wonderful people. Dr. Dabney and the team have a high level of very personalized care and concern for everyone. We consider ourselves very fortunate to work together.
I have been married since 1982 and have two married daughters (both of whom had braces with Dr. Dabney), and one delightful grandbaby. I enjoy traveling to the beaches in the Gulf of Mexico and the mountains in Virginia with my family. I love attending VT football games with family and old friends, spending time with my grandson, decorating, meeting friends for lunch, and walking my silly miniature dachshund.
I work in our lab making retainers and various types of appliances for orthodontic treatment, so whenever I see a patient smile, I know I played an important role in their new smile. I really enjoy the creative aspect of my job: making our patients happy with the most colorful and fun retainers! I love working with Dr. Dabney and the rest of the team because they are like my second family.
I am originally from Argentina and I have lived in the U.S. since 1998. I am married and have two sons that are 15 years apart. I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite season is autumn because I love the fall foliage!
I work on the financial aspect of creating our patients’ smiles. I’m here to assist patients in fitting orthodontic treatment into their budgets and submitting insurance claims. Before joining Dr. Dabney in 1988, I worked in the medical field handling insurance, so I have lots of experience navigating what can often be a tricky field. I enjoy the interesting conversations I have with our patients and that I get to know so many of them on a personal basis.
I have two daughters and two lovely granddaughters with whom I love spending time. My free time is spent gardening, being outside, watching VCU basketball, reading, and going to the beach.
I have worked with Dr. Dabney for over five years and it has really been a pleasure. In addition to assisting with the placement and removal of braces and handling emergency cases in the office, I also get to build relationships with our patients. It’s wonderful to see the patients’ confidence increase during treatment and their smiles when their braces are removed. I also like that we are a forward-thinking office. Dr. Dabney is always looking for new technology to expand his and our knowledge. It’s great to be introduced to new things and always be learning! I love working here because it feels like family.
When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my friends and family. I enjoy singing and I am involved with the music ministry at my church. I also love being outdoors, especially hiking and relaxing at the beach.
My career in orthodontics began in 1975 when I was an assistant, though I did take time off to raise my family. In 1992, I joined Dr. Dabney’s team as his scheduling coordinator, and it’s been a wonderful experience. I try to make appointment scheduling as hassle-free as possible, and find times that work for our patients as well as our office. Since I work with patients from the beginning to the end of their treatment, I get to see their amazing smile transformations up close and personal. It’s a wonderful thing to see!
I enjoy volunteering in the community, especially helping with Meals on Wheels. I also love spending time with family, my three grandchildren, and friends.
I have been a part of the team since 2016. I graduated from Longwood University in 2013 with a Business Administration degree. My role in the practice is to ensure that patients have a quality experience from the moment they walk in the door.
I've been married since October 2016 to my wonderful husband, Justin. In my free time I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, shopping, and playing with my dogs, Cooper and Lacey.
